At Zoriloo, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds Only – No Returns

Zoriloo does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer refunds for eligible cases within 30 days of delivery.


30-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

To qualify, you must provide clear evidence (such as photos or videos) showing the issue.


Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product
  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


Refund Approval & Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • You may not be required to return the item
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank
